Transportation Changes

Important Reminders:  

  • No student check outs are allowed after 2:00 pm. 
  • Checking out a student takes time. Please allow at least 15 minutes to check your child out. 

Short-Term Afternoon Transportation Changes:

  • If you need to make a transportation change in the event of an emergency, please send a written note or ParentSquare message to your student's homeroom teacher with your student's name, grade-level, and teacher name, detailing the date for the transportation change.
  • Requests must be made prior to 1:00 pm to ensure we have ample time to make the changes.
  • On early release days, requests must be made prior to 10:00 a.m.
  • IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR CHANGE OF TRANSPORTATION IN WRITING, STUDENTS WILL LEAVE SCHOOL ACCORDING TO THE INFORMATION ON THEIR TRANSPORTATION TAGS.
  • Changes in transportation of any kind will NOT be accepted via email, FAX, or phone.  Please do not email the teacher any time-sensitive information. This is for the safety of your child.

Long-Term Afternoon Transportation Changes:

For long-term transportation changes, download and complete the form below, and bring it to the school in-person. A driver's license will be required along with the form.
